Images of Harleys burning rubber down route 66 beneath bright blue skies, flannel shirted Seattle elder statesmen throwing guitars about a stage littered in debris and soul searching Blues grand-masters waxing poetic at midnight all danced through my mind whilst experiencing this mighty and majestic song.
With a chorus that is pure gold and a fiery verse that is filled to the brim with scorch and swagger “Fire Away” is a radio ready, crowd pleasing anthem that sizzles with high octane instrumentation and vibrant vocals.
At its core “Fire Away” is a track that traverses the concept of traveling through a labyrinth of chaotic upheaval and emerging stronger for all the challenges faced therein.
Herein Ross Harding displays his extraordinary range; from soulful melodies during the verse to soaring vocals during the chorus it is clear that this man is fraught with vocal prowess.
